Tara Juozitis & Mandarin Drummond
Tara Juozitis and Mandarin Drummond are two artists exploring human experiences in a collaborative exhibit.
Juozitis is an artist born and raised in Michigan and is inspired by just about anything. Juozitis displays the definition of mixed media and loves to create all things and tends to stay away from the defined boundaries of any one genre. Her painting experience includes everything from realism to abstract, acrylic to oil, fluid to fabric. Juozitis’ exhibition explores the theme of women empowerment through two distinct but complementary series: "5 Stages of Grief" and "Rise From Ashes." Each series will allow her to share a personal narrative while also highlighting universal experiences, particularly the emotional resilience of women in the face of life's challenges.
Drummond is a contemporary painter exploring anthropology. His work emphasizes culture, norms, relationships, urban life and the struggles people create in their own lives and as a society. His work encourages a sense of empathy, with the goal to relate to his viewers and feel what they feel.

Contracts and Copyrights for Artists w/ Conner Mulvaney
This "Contracts and Copyrights for Artists" workshop is designed to provide artists with the essential legal knowledge they need to protect and manage their work. Participants will learn key concepts related to contracts and copyrights, including the basics of contract formation, types of contracts relevant to artists (such as commissions, collaborations, and brand deals), and the most important contract provisions to ensure fair compensation and ownership.
The workshop covers critical topics like when to formalize agreements in writing, scope of work, pricing, and the difference between work-for-hire and copyright ownership.
About the Instructor: Conner Mulvaney is an Oklahoma attorney who, by day, works on contract law for the State of Oklahoma and, by night, paints in acrylic on canvas. He graduated from OCU School of Law and passed the Oklahoma Bar exam in 2023. He has a passion for service. His main goal in his legal career is to use his knowledge and skills as an attorney to help others create. Conner understands that dealing with complicated contractual matters can distract from the joy of making art, so he seeks to empower artists by providing guidance and assistance with intellectual property and contracts.
