Amanda has built a successful platform of community-based arts programs and events. Always advocating for the Paseo Arts District, she continues to foster wider local and state relationships, associations and partnerships enhancing community support. She focuses on revenue generation, increasing the annual budget by 202 percent and increasing fundraising revenue by 475 percent. In 2020, she moved and expanded the PAA offices from 1,200 square feet to 6,000 square feet, creating the Paseo Arts and Creativity Center with three art galleries, a gift shop supporting all Oklahoma artists, 10 artist studios, photography studio and designated office space. Her contributions to the Paseo Arts District strengthen its legacy as an arts and cultural district, the Oklahoma arts destination.

Theresa Hultberg - Programs & Exhibitions Manager
Theresa manages the administration and planning of annual artist-based programs at the Paseo Arts Association including the Paseo Arts Festival, Paseo FEAST, the 4x4 Art Show and Auction and the Robbie Kienzle Artist Workshop Series. Theresa also coordinates all of the PAA’s art classes/workshops and monthly art exhibitions held in the Paseo Arts and Creativity Center’s three galleries, managing over 30 art exhibitions per year including five juried exhibitions. Theresa is originally from Oklahoma City and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Oklahoma, with a minor in art history. She is also a practicing artist in painting and printmaking and a resident artist at In Your Eye Gallery.
Connor Albrightson - Marketing & Membership Coordinator
Connor is responsible for managing marketing efforts and social media for both the Paseo Arts Association and the Paseo Arts District, including managing two websites, monthly press releases and email campaigns. Starting this year, he has been promoted to coordinating PAA membership operations, so he is your guy for all your membership info!
Originally from Weatherford, Oklahoma, Connor holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Connor is also an emerging 2D artist and creates work under his brand, Connor A. Creations.
Cindy Le - PAA Intern Spring 2026
Rachel is currently a senior at the University of Central Oklahoma where she studies Art Administration with an emphasis in Visual Arts. She is a local Oklahoman and enjoys doing photography, ceramics, karaoke, and going on outdoor walks while listening to a book. At the Paseo Arts Association, she looks forward to growing her career in curation and gallery management while helping expand engagement among emerging artists and foster community engagement and opportunities.
Rachel Wallace - PAA Intern Spring 2026
Cindy currently studies Management Information Technology and Accounting at the University of Oklahoma with a focus on project management and data analytics. As an intern at the Paseo Arts Association, she hopes to learn more about event programming, fundraising and gallery management all while appreciating and serving artists around the local community. After her time at the Paseo, she plans to continue her Master’s program and use her skills to support other non-profit organizations around the area. Originally from Yukon, Oklahoma, she enjoys drawing, Vietnamese lion dancing, and coordinating events for many cultural organizations.
