Paseo FEAST

Funding Emerging Artists with Sustainable Tactics - Annual Micro-Grant Program

ABOUT FEAST

FEAST is an annual micro-granting program managed by the Paseo Arts Association, that gives five hopeful artists an opportunity to receive up to $2,000 in financial support from the community to fund their creative vision or artistic endeavors.

HOW IT WORKS

Artists may submit proposals to receive funding for any artistic endeavors that will advance or continue their art practices or arts in their community. These endeavors can be anything from rent for a theatre or gallery space for a performance, art supplies for a series of artwork, design or printing costs, or fees for an artist-led community action or event. (open to interpretation!) All fields of art are eligible! Visual arts, music, film, poetry, dance and performance. A selection committee made up of arts professionals review the proposals and select up to five finalists.

2023 WINNER: PAIGE CHANCE

Congratulations to this year's winner of Paseo FEAST, Paige Chance (middle left) of MiLK HOUSE CRMX! Paige will use her grant of $2235 to restore a 100-year-old milk house on her rural property in Guthrie, OK to curate a tranquil space for art education that honors nature and is driven by sustainable practices established through the Clean Green Ceramics Certification.

We would also like to wish the best of luck to the other finalists! You can support them by clicking the links below.
