PACC Studios

The Paseo Arts & Creativity Center is home to over 10 artist studios. When spaces are available, the PAA seeks artists who will actively participate in community events and are self-driven, looking to immerse themselves in the distinct Paseo community!

As spaces become available, the Paseo Arts Association reviews submitted applications and contacts artists to invite them to a site visit. Studio Artists play a special role in making the PACC an interactive environment while also creating in their studios.

PACC Studio Artist Commitments:

  • Proactive utilization of space 

  • Timely rent payments by 1st of each month

  • Being present in studio during First Friday Gallery Walk 

  • Work the gallery once a month from 12-5pm (Saturdays preferred)

  • Attend bi-monthly studio artist community meetings

PACC Studio Amenities:

  • Our studios have access to a large studio sink, restrooms and wifi.

  • Accessible 24/7

PACC Studio Info:

  • Rent is paid on the first of each month by cash or check, rent ranges from $150-$225 per studio. 

  • Artists sign a year-lease agreement - renewable each year.
