"Power and control will always relate to the Here and Now. This diptych has a red and blue circular movement representing the nations two party system and the cyclical shifts of power to which party. In the arrowheads of these rounded lines I've stamped my fingerprints to account for the shifts of power or control in my own life. Ultimately, whether you place one painting before the other to read Control & Power or one upside down, et cetera, the pattern of the red and blue remains the same. I'm using this imagery to say, that maybe, you're better suited to be in the Here and Now rather than spend your time vying for Power and Control."
