"I wish you were here" is about my experience with grief. I experienced loss at an early age when my grandpa passed away. I was told that he was in a much better place, watching over me. It didn't make sense that he would be anywhere but with us. How could there be a better place than right here with those who love you? I still feel that way over 50 years later, through all the grief I have experienced. I always wish they were with me right here and now."
