Acadia Reflections
βIn October 2024, I took my first bucket list trip to Maine and joined a photography group headed to Acadia National Park. We were fortunate to hit fall peak. One day, a stop included photographing in and around a tarn. I had no idea what a tarn was, but learned it is a pond formed by glacier runoff. On one side of the tarn was a hill filled with trees displaying a variety of fall colors, seen here in the water's reflections. I could have stayed here creating images all day. It was magical and mesmerizing.β
