Lauri Gormley

Lauri wants her art to evoke a sense of happiness, awareness and hope of what the world can be. “Finding balance in life is hard- there are so many aspects to it. That’s why I like to show subject variety,” she says. Lauri has been surrounded by art all her life and becomes ensorcelled when working on a project. After earning a B.A. in Pharmacy at The University of Oklahoma and working many years as a pharmacist and domestic goddess, she is going back to her creative roots. Her primary focus is with acrylic, glass and resin. She has recently developed a love of pottery too. Lauri is looking forward to further pursuing her true self and is thankful to her friends and family for their love and support.
